We’re letting you know that we will be closed from 20th December to 20th January, and recommend you let us know your holiday hours by midday on Friday 20th December to be sure we can pin them to your page!
We’ll continue to post to your page (albeit a little less frequently than usual) and we’ll also be checking our emails a few times a week and responding to comments for you each week.
It’s reasonable to expect we’ll reply within a day or two (or maybe three, it’s Christmas after all!).
We’re encouraging all our amazing clients (that’s you!) to check any direct incoming messages and comments on your Facebook page and Instagram accounts.
You can even set up an ‘auto responder’ with your contact details or holiday hours.
One more thing — if you have a special Boxing Day or New Years sale planned, you can let us know by 10am on Friday 20th December and we’ll set it up ready to go for you, including your boost!!’
Side note: anything received after 20th December might take a little longer, and we’ll have to charge you an extra $50 to set it up — but we’ll do a great job and it’ll be #worthit.
